At Achieve Physical Therapy we help each patient recover from injury, illness, or limited mobility as quickly and comfortably as possible. Our goal is to provide a safe, friendly, and discreet environment for all patients.

On Spokane's South Hill for 27 years, Achieve takes care of people with orthopedic injuries, neuro-muscular diseases, and brain injury. Post-orthopedic surgery patients come to us to regain strength and flexibility.
Each person who walks through our door receives an individual treatment plan to best serve their needs. Every treatment includes 30 to 60 minutes with a licensed Physical Therapy professional.

PHYSICAL THERAPY SERVICES
PATIENT EVALUATION
All new patients are evaluated to determine their strengths and weaknesses. This evaluation might include questionnaires, range of motion measurements, and strength testing. A detailed treatment plan is developed based on the results of the evaluation.
MANUAL THERAPY
Manual therapy is defined as the skillful use of the hands to advance healing. This might include soft tissue mobilization (massage), joint mobilizations, or manually applied traction. We do not do high velocity joint mobilizations that our Chiropractic colleagues do.
